Rich mild dish in tandoori sauce with coconut, almonds, yoghurt & fresh cream.
A sauce of medium consistency, a basic range of aromatic spice gives a rich flavour.
A combination of a special blend of spices fried together to provide a fairly hot strength.

Rogan is prepared with oriental spices to make a delicately flavoured sauce with a tinge of ginger & lost of tomatoes.
Very mild dish, cooked with almond in butter sauce.
Medium hot, cooked with lots of herbs & methi leaves.
A method of preparation similar to bhuna, with lots of garlic.
A special blend of spices fried together to provide a dish of medium strength & rather dry consistency.
Spinach, medium hot, very delicious.
Medium, cooked with chunky onions.
Bhuna style, cooked with sweet & sour, slightly hot.
Dansak is prepared with oriental spices, lentil & lemon juice to add sweetness & a sharp flavour.
This dish is fairly hot & strongly spiced, with coconut & garlic.
Cooked with fresh peppers, onion & green chillies to give a hot & mouth watering taste.
A preparation of mild spices with fresh cream & coconut.
Madras hot curry, cooked with lentils, garlic, coriander & special spices.
Mild curry, cooked with lentils, garlic & coriander, very delicious flavour.
Medium spicy cooked with green peppers, tomatoes & coriander.
A homemade style curry with tomatoes, ginger & garlic, spicy curry.
A biryani is made by gently cooked special basmati rice, with a mixture of mild spices, served with a special vegetable sauce.

I understand that it is Christmas period but a 2 hour wait for a delivery from a shop in the same village is a bit extreme and to be told we have been given extra and to find out that extra is a 90p side dish, well.....
